Rosa & Ethan Found a Song for Everyone at The Woods at Eisler Farms

Rosa and Ethan have the kind of music taste that makes being a wedding DJ especially fun. Their favorites stretch across decades and genres, which meant the soundtrack for their day could move in all kinds of directions without ever feeling out of place. That gave their friends and family plenty of chances to hear something that felt like theirs, too. The result was a fun, energetic reception where people of every age could find a reason to get involved.

Their celebration took place at The Woods at Eisler Farms in Butler, PA, with the ceremony held beside the pond and the reception tucked among the trees. As daylight faded, string lights along the paths gave the property a warm glow and made the whole place feel especially cozy. Later, the tent became the center of the party, with the woods just outside and plenty of room for everyone to dance. Rosa and Ethan began married life with a pondside ceremony, complete with 2 adorable grandmothers/flower girls!

One of the most personal moments came next when Rosa’s dad, David, picked up his guitar and played “You’ve Got a Friend” live for their father-daughter dance. Michael and his mom followed with “Sweet Child O’ Mine,” giving the parent dances two completely different personalities.

The music throughout the wedding covered a lot of ground. Cocktails leaned into 60s oldies, Motown, and jazz standards, while dinner mixed timeless ballads with singer-songwriter favorites. Once dancing started, we jumped into disco, 80s hits, 2000s and 2010s pop, hip-hop, dance music, and pop-punk. It was exactly the kind of floor I enjoy as a Pittsburgh wedding DJ because I could move from one generation to another and watch a completely different group light up each time. Everyone had their favorites, but by the end, they were all celebrating together.

Rosa and Ethan had the room to themselves for a private dance while their guests headed outside and prepared for the sparkler send-off.

What I’ll remember most about Rosa and Ethan’s reception is how naturally the music connected everyone in the room. Their tastes may have stretched across decades, but the joy on the dance floor was completely shared. Now they’re heading off to explore the Western National Parks together, which feels like a pretty great next adventure for two people who clearly enjoy doing things their own way.
